Ely Hemp Mercantile Return Policy
All items may be returned within 20 days of receipt of shipment. We will deduct a 15% restocking fee on all returned items with no defect. We do not refund shipping charges. Your name, address and order number will be required to process and refunds or returns. Clothing cannot be returned if worn or washed. Items with alterations are non-returnable.
All returned items require a return authorization prior to their return. To acquire a return authorization, email customer service identifying the item, your Order ID and purchase with a description of the defect or other reason for return. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend sending your return via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS.
In the event of defective merchandise that is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly if that seems to be the most expeditious way to resolve the problem. In cases involving dropshipped items, we will normally ask you to return the item directly to the manufacturer. Generally, unless an item was incorrectly shipped by us or is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.
